I think this photo is obviously not edited but its not always about the picture being edited. the glare in the windows says its taken from a bad view. Plus, the lighting and contrasting does not bring the picture out at all. In other words it needs pazaaz!
For some people, looks are everything but i think photography is'nt all about how the picture looks. To me, this picture does look amazing, but it's how it makes me feel that i think its a bad picture. Some photography can be gloomy and disturbing but something could've done to make it more alive!
Now this picture, speaks for itself! Bluryness, no focus what so ever! Plus, the view of this shot might've been taken at a different angle for a better view of the water and not just the island. This shot would've looked awsome if it were to be in focus and maybe a little edited on the computer. But a good example of bad photography!
